Guido Sommer is a professional real estate agent with comprehensive experience in the real estate industry and in managing real estate companies, including as managing director of the Sommer & Co group (since 1990) and Schwäbische BauBoden GmbH & Co. KG (since 2001). For the past 30 years, he has concentrated on project development, renovation and marketing of residential real estate.
Tobias Thumm

Tobias Thumm is a professional real estate specialist with comprehensive experience in the real estate industry and in managing real estate companies, including as managing director of LBBW Immobilien Management Gewerbe GmbH and as an executive board member of Bahnhofplatzgesellschaften Stuttgart (2014-2021). Since 1995, he has been active both in residential and commercial real estate. Real estate investment, product design and transactions are currently the focus of his work.
